Here at Australian Outfitters we pride ourselves on sustainable hunting, our herds are carefully managed, when a trophy animal is taken we see to it that we use as much of that animal as we can. The Antlers and cape are taken and prepared for mounting. All edible meat is taken and used to make some of the best sausages, hamburgers and steaks you are ever likely to eat. Attached is a picture of Melissa with plenty of sausages hanging in the cold room from Ross Jansen and Craig’s Red Stags taken in January 2017.
